There is too much free play on the clutch pedal you need to adjust the clutch.An adjustment need to be done.

try bleeding the air out of the system. Check that the clutch master cylinder is pumping fluid to the slave cylinder and check that the slave cylinder is not leaking it all out.

Clutch is not completely disengaging

Sounds like you may be low on clutch fluid. Check the reservoir under the hood in the engine compartment and fill if necessary, then you will want to pump the clutch several times to regain hydraulic pressure to the pressure plate. Make sure that the emergency brake is set and that the vehicle is in neutral. You may have a faulty slave cylinder if you have to add fluid to the clutch reservoir.

1993 F350 with ZF transmission: Is it possible to replace the clutch release fork without removing the transmission?

I would say that that is enough travel to disconnect your clutch.. doesn't matter whether fork is bent.. in saying that I had occasion to find a smaller bore slave for my small truck that was hard to change. And rather than change clutch I fixed it that way.. more likely our clutch has broken the diaphram spring ??

Little vibration when i start the A/C.

The air conditioner is designed to operate using a electromagnetic clutch assembly that receives a command signal from the activation switch. This command controls when electricity is supplied to the compressor clutch that engages and disengages the air conditioner system. If the air conditioner expansion valve/office tube is plugged or the system has excessive oil or refrigerant it can cause the system to vibrated when activated. To check for this condition the system will need to be drained and refilled to proper specifications.

Try this: turn the key on and then off, wait 10 minutes turn key on then off, repeat one more time. Works for other vehicals with chip keys. Good luck

Noise clutch

unfortunately, I would say that the noise does indicate a throw-out bearing that is prematurely worn. Or possibly out of line. If I were in your position, I would take the truck to another mechanic that will give you a written estimate on what he/she "thinks" the problem might be. Then, I would take it to the place where you had the clutch replaced and ask them to "please make the noise go away." I hate do talk bad about mechanics, however it is likely that they did not replace the throw out bearing when they replaced your clutch. I don't know if this has helped you, but I wish you good luck
