Engine turns over but wont start. You can hear thr fuel pump come on. Is it electrical? Could it be battery, fuse, or loose wire?

This sounds like the crank shaft sensor is bad. The sensor sends a signal to the computer about when to fire the coils for spark.

2001 blazer wont start ran fine before turning off has fuel pressure has fire check timming ok relaced coil ,ing moduel crank sensor dist cap could it be the anti theft ?

You say it has fuel pressure, if it has sequential fuel injection it needs about 70psi to start the engine.
If it cranks and has spark to the plugs, the anti-theft system is not involved.
You did not mention the rotor, I assume you have spark to the plugs not just out of the coil.
If you have not yet checked cranking fuel pressure, I would start there. The pump could be weak or the filter stopped up.

Truck wont crank. we have put new distributor cap, rotor button, coil pack, plugs, wires, and fuel pump. we also checked our firing order.

you said you repl dist cap that means you don't have a crank sensor you have electronic ing module. remove your elec ing module have it tested most auto parts stores could test your module, or check your coil at the neg terminal. should have power. if not you lost your primary volt from your batt.your secondary power is coming from your electronic ing module from the module to the pos terminal on the coil, when the eng cranks, from the coil to the dist cap , from the dist cap center to the rotor then out to the plugs, this all happen pervided the timing belt or timing chain is ok. the cumbustion chainber needs 3 things , thats fuel, air, and spark.

Engine turns over fast, wont fire, has fuel,

Since it don't fire, you need to check your spark plugs/coils, wires, distributor/coil pack, dist.cap, rotor, cam sensor, crank sensor. It may be the computer but that is last possibility. Each one of these effect the fire to the engine. You need to test what you can. It could be anyone of them.

I have a 1993 gmc 1500 5.7 liter I just had the tranny rebuilt and now I have been having problems with it running! so I gave it a new tune up, plugs, wires, coil, dist cap, rotor, I have even went as far...

Two things kill engines faster than anything 1) fuel 2 ) ignition So 1) Fuel coming through line at good volumes and pressure? fuel pump and its electrical supply in good shape? In-line fuel filter not clogged? Does she fire if you squirt Easy Start (raw alcohol) in the throttle throat? Is the fuel fresh and not rancid stuff that has been sitting in a can for years? No disconnected hoses (crank case breather/relief pipe) to the inlet manifold to cause loss of vacuum? and 2) Timing? leads in right order from dist cap? fuses all OK? can you see spark jumping from top of coil to HT lead when disconnected but brought up close? check that low tension wires are on the correct terminals.
