the power train comprises the engine , transmission , drive shafts and differentials.

Hi i need a diagram for a vallie f type lpg regulator please

because this is a gas piece of equipment it will be SAFER and cheaper in the long run to have it fixed by a qualified gas fitter or simply get a new one . This is one item that will cause serious injury and death if not fixed correctly.

IF you are on lpg then check that the gas regulator for icing up and stopping the liquid LPG from turning to gas. If it cuts out on petrol check that there is not a problem with the petrol shut off solenoid . Check the LPG cut off solenoid . I suspect a loose connection or wires to either or both or faulty units

Lpg system has no gas getting to inlet manifold

you might want to check out the lpg regulator , it may have a blockage or some other problem with it. If it's a dual fuel system you mau want to also check the electonic switch that switched it from petrol to lpg. Another thing to check could be the lpg lines and joiners, a leak in these may cause the system to shut down. On top of all of that you may need to check that there is no blockage in the lpg line or the jet where it goes into the manifold. hope this helps.

Bulbs are never covered under warranty because they are a wear item (like tires). The factory might do a courtesy repair if the car was near new.
Order the bulbs online and install them yourself. I believe the bulb is D2s, you can find them online for $30-$60.

My LPG regulator ices over and freezes in my Toyota Landcruiser dual fuel 4x4.

I would have it checked for a leak, when LPG leaks it will cause freezing of the valve. LPG under pressure gets extremely cold when it is released. I see this all the time around shut off valves on propane tanks. I am not a Toyota Mechanic so I can't say for sure, but it sounds like the regualtor has a small leak in it. Some fork trucks use these regulators and I have seen them freeze up just from being used as gas passes thru the regulator. does this freeze up when you are using LPG or does it freeze up all the time. If it is freezing while not being used, I would definatly have it checked for a leak.

Hi i have an lpg ldv convoy have just put new spark plugs and filter and oil in. runs fine but seems the cough some times on lpg in second gear??????

lpg doesent have as much octane as gas/petrol, and so will stall and hiccup more at lower revs, most people with lpg conversions run their car on gas when around town and switch to lpg when in on the highway. have you replaced the air filter as well?

LPG probs

How close to the exhaust is the supply line as the lpg supply line should be cold until it gets into the regulator not warm.Is the supply line heat shielded as it enters the engine bay or getting a full dose of exhaust heat?Is it the vapor injection gas system or the old style. What regulator and system are you using?OMVL ?sprint gas or other cheaper variants? It really sounds like a fuel delivery issue as you are not getting the volume of gas required at higher speeds.Commodore engines have issues with thier water system having air bubbles that cause air locks in the regulators by the time youve jumped out of the car to check for freezing it appears to be fine. You may have restrictions in the lpgas filters/locks.The water hoses,2,should be hot so hot you cannot leave your hand on them and if not freezing of the reg once again becomes the issue. Also the water hoses must be fitted in such a way that the top hose is suction and the bottom hose forces water into the reg, this is done to assist in eliminating potential air lock problems. To sum up your symptoms are consistant with poor water ciculation.
