You might have a plugged up radiator for one or you have a leaking radiator or a leak in the expansion tank that holds your antifreeze or the cap on the tank is weak and might need replacing. Also check your hoses to the radiator and to the engine they might be loose or cracked or broken and you might want to change the thermostat. If you cant do these then take it to any mechanic it's an easy fix.

Cannot remove the passenger side axle on a 1996 200sx Nissan

if you mean the transmission end ! put a pan under transmission to catch the fluid. use a bar, or big screwdriver to pry axle out of transmission. when putting back in, make sure the axle snap ring is tightly locked in transmission.

1996 200sx brake pedal goes to floor. no brakes

You have lost your fluid. in other words you have a leak, probably from a caliper on the wheel. look behind your wheels and see if there is any fluid on the tire or floor. Top up the reserverve and pump the brakes with the engine running see if this brings some of the pedal back. then get it to a brake shop and get it fixed.

Turbo installation on 1996 nissan 200sx

That vehicle never came with a turbo as an option. Therefore adding a turbo would be custom work. You may find someone online who has documented their modification process. If you purchase an aftermarket turbo system it will come with a manual. Short of that such a document does not exist.
