Rear passanger side window won't go up or down

Window regulator most likely but before changing it out take the door panel off and apply current to the contacts of the actualy regulator. If the window goes up then switch the contacts and now it will go down. If nothing then regulator (window motor) is bad. If it works then your master control switch for all the windows is going bad.

My front passenger window just falls down inside the door and the switch doesn't have any effect what do i do to fix it?

It sounds like your window regulator failed.
Its a remove and replace type of repair, but getting door panels off and regualtors pulled can be a wrestling match

If you have a multimeter you can go to the underside of the master panel in the drivers door and independently check the switches for voltage or with no power to the switch assembly check for continuity. Good place to start. If you get continuity to through the switch then you need to check power to the window actuators in the doors.

Rear passenger window goes down but not up. u heard the motor run going down.

most likely the cable that attaches to the regualtor is broken, you'll need to replace the regulator. (it will come with a new motor)

Rear window will not go up or down

You will need to replace the window regulator assembly, go to Honda for this part, no one else will have it.
