Not sure what year motor ,but if you can find the mate to the motor harness would be the best. You could always get male and female GM weather proff connecters from 1-6 wires from most parts stores. This way you can remove and reintall without cutting and re-splicing.

How to replace a 99 se Bonneville windshield wiper motor

Windshield wiper motors are generally easy to replace. You need to remove the windshield wipers and take off the small grill panel above the hood and under the windshield. You should see the motor in there. It simply unbolts and unplug the electrical connector and replace it with a new one.

2003 Chevy SuBurban The windshield wipers will not stop when turned off. How do I locat the relay and motor? 919-880-5755

It is actually a wiper control module that controls this. I have replaced many of them. It is the cover that is screwed to the wiper gear box. Remove both wiper arms. Remove the plastic cowl cover below the windshield that covers from side to side. Once inside you will see the wiper motor/transmission assy. Disconnect the electrical connector, and remove screws from cover, and replace it.

Nope, but you have to position the linkage in just the right position so that it will clear the windshield glass and the brackets that are located below the windshield.

Have a 1958 Chevy 348 / 409 engine that runs hot.

Waterpump? The blades can erode away from age and old antifreeze. Or not enough airflow thru the radiator. Try blowing through the fins with an airhose to see if it is dirty or plugged.
