Replace the brake booster. the vacuum assist isnt working thats why its hard to push the brake pedal, check the booster and see if its leaking air.

not a very clear question, if you pedal is going down to the floor, you are low on fluid or you have a broken brake line. If you pedal is pulsing up and down, this could be your ABS system on an icy or wet road.

The pedal brake go all way down and i change the power boster and bleeding and continue down
check the brake fluid again to make sure there is enough fluid in the reservoir.also check at each wheel cylinder for leaks. also check all the brake lines.

Change breakbooster no breaks
if you have put in a boster or we call it a servo in uk it will need a complete bleeding of the break system to make sure all the air is out also make sure the vacume hoses are all conected as this is how it works from presure from the engine

No brake lights when brake pedal is pushed
check first wirring is work properly, and check lamps are work properly. If not then change lamps.If works properly then check connectors, and paddle switches are work properly. If not then change the connector and paddle switches.

When I push in on the brake padle it activate the brakes but when I lift my foot and try to brake again the paddle seems to harden untill theres no brakes.Brake-paddle remains hard for a couple of seconds...
There is either a restriction or break in the hose from the engine to the booster or booster is faulty.

You experiencing lack of brake boost assistance as you have correctly diagnosed.

Hose should have a one-way valve in it near the booster..

Clutch has no pressure when you push it in to change gears sometime you can pump it hard it will go in good then iit goes to the floor again what could be wrong
Put morw brake fluid in clutch master cylinder, pump clutch paddle, look under car for leak, if no leak replace clutch master cylinder, not holding pressure.

How to bleed the clutch on a 1990 toyotai just put a clutch in the clutch paddle wornt'get hard to push the to change gears
Fill clutch master cylinder with fresh brake fluid.
Pump a few times and hold down.
Open bleeder at clutch slave cylinder then close.
Repeat this until clutch pedal feels normal and full movement is seen at clutch slave cylinder.
