Question about 1995 Chevrolet C1500
OK, the anti-lock light is most likely one of the sensors on the front wheels. You may need to clean th emounting surface back to shinny metal.
The 4WD is most likely the actuator on the front of the differential. Assuming there are no wiring issues. Be sure you are getting power to the actuator.
The heater motor runs on high, it is most likely the resistor block on top of the heater behind the dash. Sounds like a pain to get to, and it is worse than it sounds, sorry
If it runs on anything but high, might be the switch.
If it does not run at all, possibly the motor which requires a new motor. But it is an easy job and not very expensive.

Well the 4wd in a 1995 chevy is run by vacum and the slightest leak will make it not work or take forever to go into 4wd! My sloution would be to have someone put an electrical switch in so it goes directly into 4wd or find where you have a vacum leak and fix it if you can!!!
