Its not a fuse its the door switch thats bad. they are located inide each door at the door latch mechanism. must remove door panel to get to em. but you can try spraying each latch with wd that may help loosen them up

Is there a fuse for the door ajar on a 2002 kia sedona

No there is no fuse. If all the doors are closed check to see if the door ajar light is on your dash if it is you have a problem with 1 of the 4 door ajar sensors.

Interoir lights stay on after truck shut off. 2002 Ford F-150 Super Cab. any hints on what to look foe?

If the interior lamps and the door ajar light stay on after removing the keys and closing the door, this is usually a sign that the door ajar switch is gummed up.

Liberal spraying of WD-40 in the latch and close open the door a few times. It can take up to 5 cycles of this to get the door ajar latch working correctly again.

There is a thread on F150online.com in the electrical forum ( sticky at the top ) that has pictures of where to spray the WD-40 if you are unsure on this.

Door ajar switch for location and to check it. It act like the drivers door. the warning sign is lite and the mirror light won't go out.

door ajar switch in the door latch, they sometime get stuck ,if you try spraying some lube into the latch and open and close the door a couple of time some times they will un-stick otherwise you will need to replace entire latch.

2003 ford explorer door ajar light stays on. Is there a fuse that controls this?

your problem i think that is not a fuse the problem might be in the door ajar switch that its in the door latch some times you can correct the problem just spraying some lubricant to the latch and open and close the door for several times since you don't know exactly wish door is with the problem i suggest you to lubricate all the door latches and see in the door ajar light comes of if not you will need a technician that help you solve this problem

My cargo and interior lights wil;l not go off on my 2002 F-150 I need to lnow what fuse it is or fuses?????

This is usually caused by the door ajar switch not making contact.
The door switch is part of the door latch on the F-150.

Liberally spray the door latch with WD-40, close and open a few times. Repeat this process 3 or 4 times, and check the interior lights / door ajar indicator on the cluster.

There are pictures of where to spray in a sticky in the Electrical forum on F150online.com if you need them. This is a somewhat common problem, to get dirt and gunk in the door ajar switch, causing the contacts to stay open.

My trucks computer tells me there's a door ajar

check each door jamb button (can't think of the correct term). close all doors except one... push the button manually... does the interior light go off... if it does move on to the next door. that will narrow down where the problem is... or it should. it also could be the relay for the interior lights located on the fuse panel under the dash.

if the door ajar light is on then get a can of PB BLASTER at your local parts store and spray all the door latch assembleys really good and open and close each door about ten to fifteen times this will usually free up the ajar switch

2003 Explorer door ajar light stay on when all doors are closed

I had this problem on my 2003 explorer and took WD40 and gave the lock mechanism a good dose where it meets the clasp on the door jam. Then open and close the doors a couple of times to get them working. They get gummed up and sometimes have a tendency to stick.
