There is a cut-off relay for the fuel pump in case of collision...I'm not sure how to reset it but I'm sure it would be easy to find out. I'm also not sure if that would solve the no-spark condition. Sorry I can't be more help

Check the rotor under the distributor cap. I have seen these things actually melt the connection internally and you will not get a spark. Also it is a very cheap and worthwhile investment even if it isn't what your problem is.

92 GMC sonoma 2.5L 4cylinder - replaced plugs, wires, fuel filter on the rail, checked fuel pump plenty of fuel. Wants to crank but doesnt seem like its getting fuel. used starting fluid still would fire off....

How about no spark or did you screw up the firing order when you replaced the plug wires? It is easy to do.Typically there are 2 things to get an engine to fire that's fuel and spark. other things will make it run bad but not even a short rumble when you use starting fluid, there is no ignition. Get a spark test tool from the auto parts store. Check the firing order and be sure your wires are in the correct order.

I have gmc safari 2002 one day I was coming home from work all of sudden the van cut off while driving I towed to the machinc but they can not find the problem the battery and starter are new and fuel pump...

You need fuel, spark at the right time, and compression for the engine to run.
You'll have to figure out if it is a fuel or ignition problem if the compression is ok.
The list includes low fuel pressure, cap-rotor-wires, spark plugs, coil, ignition module, various relays and fuses, and the computer.
Even the key switch could be faulty.
I would check for trouble codes first.

DO'ES THE VAN TURN OVER ? DO'ES THE VAN HAVE THE FUEL PUMP RUN LONG ENOUGH TO BUILD FUEL PRESSURE?IF YOUR FUEL PUMP AND STARTER ARE WORKING THEN CHECK FOR FIRE TO THE PLUGS. YOU MAY NEED TO GET THE CODES READ TO FIND THE PROBLEM IF YOU HAVE FUEL AND FIRE.ONCE YOU GET THE STORED CODES,REPLACE THE SENDER THAT CAUSED THE CODE OR REPAIR THE WIREING TO IT.

Check your spark plugs. That could be one of the reasons. Or are you sure you purchased the proper Fuel pump?
