Driver side front is making a noise on my 2003 honda pilot

Although "making a noise is a little vague" and you changed the bearings I assume the noise is rotational and changes with speed.
Only 2 months ago I had the same problem which I found to be the brake rotors. Examining them with the wheel off I could see the build up of rust on the outer diameter touched the brake calipers The cure, take a small hammer and bang the rust off, note the rotors were only a year old but I do live in the rust belt.

I have a 2002 mountaineer when im driving it a loud clicking noise on the front driver side

these have transfer case problems, But before you go that route,, have the CV joint in the drive shaft checked, also,, change the transfer case fluid , if its a very load popping noise have the outer bearings checked.

My car is making high pitched screeching noise like metal scraping metal. I think it could be the E-brake because it only make the noise when the car is moving. I know it's not the engine because it makes...

it does not sound like the ' E-brake ' -- what it sounds like is a bad wheel bearing, or it could be something as simple as the brake pad wearing out. but I am going to put my money on the wheel bearing. take your car down to your local Midas or brake repair shop,, they do FREE brake inspections and it takes about 20 minutes to check 'em,, they will tell you if it is the brakes or if it is the wheel bearings. if it is the brakes then you have some time before they go out totally,, BUT if it is a wheel bearing - then you are going to want to get that fixed now,, it can cause a lot more damage if it goes to far.
if it is the bearing - make sure you find a repair shop that deals with and repairs this problem often --- stay far away from the dealership ( they will charge you a arm and a leg for the repair ).

When making a turn on 4 wheel drive it makes noise and it wont let me turn the wheel im afraid to force it whats wrong ?

It sounds like one of the outer u joints in the front axle is bad, and needs to be replaced. From experience I've learned that it's a lot easier to change the inner and outer axle shaft with the outer bearing as a complete unit. If you can locate them (, it's just a matter of removing the wheel, caliper, and the 3-15mm bolts that (on the inside of the spindle) hold the hub. Slide the whole thing out, then reverse. Hope that helps. If so please rate my assistance and leave a testimonial. Happy Holidays!

Whinning out passengers side window sounds like coming rear

Axle and bearing issues can be hard to pinpoint. I assume you mean they replaced the outer bearings. There are still inner bearings called carrier bearings as well as an inner and outer pinion bearing.

I would take it back and tell them they have not fixed it right yet.

When driving I hear a loud humming noise that sounds like it's coming come the tires. It starts at about 20 mph and is always there.

Sounds like either the tyres themselves (under inflated) or have a defect on them (bulge in sidewall-outer or inner, etc) or it's a wheel bearing problem.
If can do, lift car a corner at a time and spin wheel to see which one makes the noise.

When brake pads are worn down too far that they contact the disc, they make a noise but that's a schreech!

Noise - similar to a worn out CV joint on cornering

10 years is not a long lifetime and wear is far more dependent on mileage. If it is over the 100, 000 mile mark, it wouldn't be unusual to have problems. A number of FWD cars have two CV joints (inner tripodal and outer) so checking only outer CVs may not find the problem. If the car is not a AWD vehicle, it would make sense to raise both front wheels from the ground and then with running engine, go through the gears and simulate the condition under which the problem shows up on the road. This may not be conclusive since the problem might not occur with no load on the drive wheels.
