It seems that the "black bolt" is the bolt-shaped sheet metal around the fitting for your trans cooler line. If you are certain that your connection is good and the leak is coming from around that fitting then you will have to replace your radiator as the area around the fitting is probably cracked. Take a good close-up look, with an inspection mirror and a light, to try to determine from where the fluid is leaking.
Does your other line have an O-ring?

My 928 automatic shifts hard like it as shift kit installed

The transmission shifts (hard or soft) based on the engine vacuum it is receiving. So if you really put your foot down, the engine vacuum will decrease (less vacuum), this signal the trans that you are at high power and the shift shoul dbe quicker and sharper. Conversely, when you are loafing around the trans shifts softer due to a lighter foot (and higher vacuum). If you have a vacuum leak or a disconnected vac line the trans sees every shift as though you are at wide open throttle. You have a vacuum leak somewhere so tha the trans is not receiving any vacuum at idle etc.

No 2-3 shift

most likly the solnoid pack in the trans is bad that is what controls the valvebody for shifting this will cause th o/d light to flash the only way to be sure is to check it with a scan tool that your local shop would have part is kind off expensive around 230 bucks i think to replace it you have to remove trans pan and filter make sure you dont get any dirt in the new part when installing it as this will screw up valve body

Trans leaking fluid

it is hard to make a mistake when looking at a front seal leak so your diagnosis is probably correct. As for the repair it is pretty labor intensive as the transmission needs to be completely disconnected from the engine and at the very least slid back 8 inches or so (its easier to change the seal with trans completely removed) to acess the front seal to change it

could be the rear main seal on trans which you pull the driveshaft out then pull the seal out and pop the new one in of it could be the front seal or oil pan for trans.

Transmission down shifts hard

Check the trans fluid for quantity and color. If it is not a good red color, try having it changed and get the filter cleaned. If that looks okay, you may have a bad shift solenoid. Look for leaks around the trans case. Leaks on top around the solenoid are a sign that it is going bad.
