Question about 2000 Buick LeSabre
My 2000 buick lesabre with 68K miles just locked up on me when I put it in reverse. I had to put it in neutral and push it out to drive it. Since driving it, it now shifts into reverse without a problem. Should I be worried? Checked the fluid, no issues there.
I wouldn't worry too much about it unless it happens again. It sounds like a valve got a little stuck. It's usually caused by dirty fluid. If it's bothering you I'd recommend replacing the transmission fluid if you haven't already. It can be full of worn or dirty fluid and still not work properly. Its a late model car so i don't think its the clutches. Hope this helps -J
