Remove clips from carpet (in truck) pull carpet back far enough to access the the tail light assembly, i believe the light connector is a twist out, light should come out with it.

Have the oil pressure checked with a test gage, if it is ok then replace the oil pressure sending unit. I assume the oil level is good.

Brake light for 1999 ford tarus

You lift the trunk lid and peel back the upholstery to the rear of the trunk area. Unscrew the plastic nut holding the tail light housing on the car. Pull forward find the exact bulb that has blown, twist to remove the socket and pull out and push down and twist the bulb and or simply unplug it and replace with newer bulb. if you were refearing to the entiar tail lamp itsself try CERTI-FIT

Read your owners manual. Fuses are located under the drivers side of the instrument panel. The Power distribution box located under the hood next to the battery also contains fuses. Under the covers is listed what each fuse is for.

2000 Windstar All brake and tail lights dead, fuse ok

A VERY common Ford issue, is grounding. a ground may look clean, but it is too dirty to allow function. find your grounds and give them a scrub with a scotch brite pad they should be nearby to the bulb, normally they rear lights all combine into one
