I would check your fuel pressure regulator if its bad the fuel pump will be working harder but still should be quiet was the fuel filter also replaced if not can be causing fuel pump to push fuel through also hard work causing a noise. check these things you will solve it .

If he did not replace it with a Factory fuel pump that will be your problem and he should have replaced the fuel sock and fuel filter, ask for the box that the fuel pump came out of. if it's an after market make him replace it as aftermarket fuel pumps are junk. i have replaced a dozen fuel pumps with after market and wished I had not, normally they will go bad before the warranty runs out. And the Mechanic should do it for free, except you may have to pay for the difference of pump price. Also if you have to keep it full you may have a cracked intake pipe that too will have to be replaced or soldered to keep it from leaking, that could cause the vibration as well,

If you go to a reliable auto center, always have them install lifetime warranty parts. The auto center takes care of the labor and part if something goes bad in the warranty time.
I would check back with them and ask them.
You always want to have at least 1/4 of a tank of gas in your car, because it is the fuel that keeps the pump cool, and will last much longer.

Makes loud roaring noise driving

A bad water pump can get very noisy. Bad tires roar, the damage usually shows. A bad driveshaft universal can roar. You probably should have a mechanic check it out.

New fuel pump in 01 blazer making humming noise

No Fuel Pumps do Humbbbb, and some loudly, although you probably left the rubber/insulator for noise absorbtion off the pump. The new ones usually dont come with this, unless you get the whole assembley. It's just a rubber piece that wraps around the pump motor nicely and ablorbs that Hummbbbb.. Time to drop the tank again. I hate when I do that..

This sounds like a noisy wheel bearing, they really can get loud, but quite when u turn because the weight comes off the wheel..

Front End Noise, Chev Cavalier

It sounds like you have a bad c v or constant velocity joint. Look under the car next to the wheel look for a rubber accordian type unit, if the rubber is torn or lose the grease has escaped and damaged the joint. You can replace it yourself, but if your not mechanically inclined would say take it to a shop.

You must replace wheel bearings in pairs to avoid loading the old bearing and, in time ruining your new bearing hub it is possible that you have already damaged the new hub

Terrible Front End noise

Good Day,
It would make sense that it is suspension related as it does not make noise at idle but going down the road it does. I would lean towards it being a bad wheel bearing. Does it sound like it's coming from one side or the other? Also how many miles on the car? Does it get louder when the wheels are turning?

You can check the bearing easily by jacking up that wheel and moving it side to side and up down checking for play, a little bit of play is normal.

Hope this helps and Good Luck
