HIYA CHANGE THE BRAKE SWITCH AT THE BRAKE PEDAL ITS UNDER THE CAR YOU NEED A RAMP TO DO THE JOB THEY JAM AND THE CAR WONT GO INTO REVERSE CAUSE IT DOESNT GET A SIGNAL FROM THE BRAKE SWITCH ITS ONLY A FEW POUNDS TO FIX

This could be a known software bug. Mine had the same: the software fix is a replacement for the other (more expensive) option of replacing the clutch for the same symptoms.
It worked like a charm, and my car was still under warranty when they did it.
Go to a certified smart center or call them for certified smart repairs, they should know that error and help you before somebody replaces parts that don't need replacement.
