Your vehicle has two O2 sensors that monitor exhaust gas's. The first one is mounted in the exhaust pipe before the catalytic converter, the second one is mounted after the catalytic converter. You will have to raise the vehicle and support it securely on jack stands before attemping to remove them.

1988 lincoln towncar with codes 32,41& 91 when running, what could be the causes and possibly fixes to correct problem?

For code 31 you probably will need to replace the EGR valve and PFE sensor. (PFE sensor screws onto the EGR valve)
Code 41 and 91 is for the drivers side hego sensor (oxygen sensor in the exhaust) Replacing it will probably fix both those codes.

Need to know where the oxygen sensors are located on a 1999 lincoln towncar

Oxygen sensors are usually located on the manifold pipe just as it exits the engine block. If the engine is a V6 or V8 it will most likely have one sensor per side where the exhaust leaves the sides of the engine ( front and back )

It doesn't have a crank case senor. Do you mean crank shaft position sensor? It is stuck in the block between the block and the A/C compressor.

It won't mess up the a/f ratio. The Check engine light will be on because of the rear O2 sensors. To keep the light off you will need to install O2 sensor simulators.
