Is your car over heating as well? If so it's probably your thermostat, if not it could be your heater core.

If the vehicle is overheating, then thermostat is bad. If it is not, then most likely heater-core is bad as long as heater blower motor is working.

Why is my heat or air is not blowing and car is running hot

How hot is the engine running in degrees f? Does the radiator fan run?
With hvac turned on, check voltage and ground at the blower motor. If good voltage and ground, suspect the blower motor is faulty.

2001chevy mailbuheater won't work,my heat Gage isn't weather, , but" I can take out two relays and it works , but then the car over heats.why? What is the problems

What relays are you removing? If you remove the radiator fan relay, the vehicle will overheat. Does the temp guage move at all/very little? IF so suspect a thermostat problem. A thermostat that is stuck open will cause little/poor heat as well as the temp guage to stay on the cold side

My 206 serria 1500 truck doesn't put out heat, the fan works by wiggling it, but no heat

Yes it could be the thermostat or low coolant.
If the radiator is full, I would suspect the thermostat.

Heater wont work on 97 honda accord replaced thermostat ran water through heater core and works wat else could it be

On top of the heater matrix is a flap and i suspect that this flap isnt lifting to allow the air through ,on this age car i suspect its a cable and the operating plastic wheel has broke or the outer cable has come adrift from its anchor point you will just have to follow your nose and have a look and as a temp thing wedge the flap open with something

1993 dodge dakota 4X4, 185.000miles LX Model 3.9 , runs great had since feb 1993. Problem, very little heat, thermostat has been changed, coolant is good. Takes a very long time to obtain any heat and...

If the vehicle reaches operating temp ( where you normally have good heat ), and the heat is still slack I would suspect your heater core is partially blocked and a backflush would be the place to start. If your vehicle isn't reaching operating temps possibly a thermostat failure, or overcooling issue ( this is why you will see cars / trucks partially blocking radiator flow by means of a cover that's snapped on or some other means)

I have a service engine soon light on. I was told it was either the temp sensor or thermostat. replaced the thermostat and now the heat wont turn on.

Meaning your not getting any heat? I would suspect a higher temp thermostat was put in, and now its taking longer to get heat... Its also possible the thermostat is faulty... Either way, I would try a new thermostat again... The check engine light wont come on from a thermostat so change the CTS...

When i turn my heat on the engine cools and the heat only lasts for a minute

I would suspect the Thermostat. It may be stuck open, allowing what little heat is in the system to bleed off and actually cool the engine more.

No heat changed thermostat

Are you saying the engine does not get hot or that your heaters are not working..?
If it's the heaters, change the temp control on the dash to full heat, then trace the heater hoses under the hood from the firewall back to the motor. Hopefully this will locate the heater tap. Now if the tap is vacuum operated, start the motor and check if there is vacuum at the small hose connected to the tap. No vacuum is correct. Now change the heater control to cold and there should now be vacuum at that small hose. if vacuum is still not present, or if you have vacuum but it does not go away no matter where the heater control is placed, suspect the control in the dash.. If the vacuum operation is correct, suspect a blocked or damaged heater valve and replace it..
