What's the battery voltage? Check that the battery has a good ground to the body and engine. There should be a large cable from the positive terminal to the starter and a smaller one to the fuse box. There often is a large fuse there in the engine compartment on this smaller wire that may be open.

Sounds like a relay is bad. The best place to have any electrical problems checked is at the dealer. call and set up an appointment and they should fix it.

Dash lights won't turn on with the headlighs

If you know for a fact the fuse that powers the dash lights is good, you may have cooked the dimmer switch. I would want to check the fuse for power and then the dimmer switch for the dash lights.

My car started dying and now hasnt enough charge to start

sound like bad battery cables.replace them.the positive battery cable is old and have a lot of resistance not allowing power to the alternator to charge battery.if battery cable good check alternator connector wires.make sure they are not damage also check alternator fuse and fuse link.turn off radio before removing battery wires so you wont lose radio code.

If the starter isn't turning it is not an o2 sensor. You need to make sure you are getting power to the starter, use a test light and a voltmeter check and make sure you are getting 12 volts to the starter if you are getting 12 volts from the battery to the starter check and make sure you are getting 12 volts from the ignition switch which will be the smaller wire. If you are getting 12 volts through that wire then the starter is bad. If you are not getting 12 volts or any volts you need to make sure the fuse and relay for the starter are good then check and make sure you have power coming out of the ignition switch going to the starter you will need an electrical schematic for the car to trace the wires to find the correct one.

Dash broad lights not working and u turn dimmer

If its none of the fuses, it will most likely be the dimmer switch.

This happened to my eclipse also, although I wasnt so lucky, I needed a new computer, while the dimmer switch and fuses were fine.

WHAT YOU MIGHT CHECK IS THE FUSE FOR TAILLIGHTS, OR DASH LIGHTS. THEY WORK OFF THE SAME FUSE. IF THE FUSE IS BLOWN THE HEADLIGHTS WORK BUT NO TAIL OR DASH LIGHTS
