Suonds like the sensor in the tank is stuck or faulty. Can usually just unplug the wires from the sensor.

You have a lvl sensor located in the bottom of your washer bottle, you will either need to repair or change your sensor, or unplug the sensor to keep an open circuit.

What does the pictures on the dashboard mean? for example i know when the oil is low because the oil sign shows up what does the other sign mean?

Read your owners manual it will tell exactly what they are. A low fluid slsymbol could be your winshield wiper tank is low on fluid or it could be your coolant level is low in your engine. Try filling the windshield fluid first if the light goes out, then there you go. Become aquainted with your owners manual.

When turning left, a yellow warning sign comes on dashboard on my 2000 Audi A4. It has a tringle and circular arrow around it. It flashes, and accelarator turns off. Any ideas what this could be?

The yellow triangle is a warning that a sensor has detected a problem. You might check that all of the fluids are full. especially the oil. Going around corners shift the fluids from one position to another and then the sensor thinks that the fluid is low therefor giving a false reading.

Windshield wiper light is lit on the dashboard; fluid is full

Sensor in washer tank is probably stuck down or wires came off. Sometimes the "float" sticks when cold. Make sure washer fluid is not frozen or tank has a lot of "gunk" in bottom that'll gum up sensor also.

Low Washer fluid warning light came on my Lexus 2004 rx330. Fill up fluid to full, but low washer fluid warning did not go off. Is there a way to reset, or is there a loose connection? Headlight washer and...

There is a little float mechanism inside the washer tank that is probably stuck or binding. If the wiper/washers work, you have power to the fluid tank.
Pull of the top and see if you can locate it. You might need a piece of flexible, fine wire to GENTLY help it along...

SEAT TOLEDO WARNING LIGHTS

Could be the motor-management-warning light, but I guess it's the break-warning light. There might be too little breaking-fluid left in the lines ... A boardcomputer-readout should clarify this.

Otherwise, try parking on an ascending road with the nose pointing up, hit the hand-break and wait like 2 minutes; the light should come on. You might wanna retry it with the car's nose pointing downwards as well ... If so, definitely the breaking-fluid, otherwise probably not ;)

In any case - flashing warning light are never ok, so when you see it again and you're sure it's not just the ABS/ESP warning light, go and have your boardcomputer read-out, since it should contain useful errorcodes ..

Have a light on dashboard that looks like windshield wipers

Check your windshield washer fluid level.  The washer fluid tank has a level sensor in it.  That could be why that light came on.
