SOURCE: horn does not work
check B+ in the horn pin and check the ground on the horn if there is B+ and B- just change the horn if there is no B+ on the horn conector replace the relay .
B+ = battrey power
B- = battrey ground

Open the back lift door. Inside next to the lights there are screws that need to be removed before you can get the whole parking light off. After you get the screws out, you will have to force the whole plastic light cover to get to the burn out light. Once you get the whole light out, replace the bulb and follow the process in reverse.

try supplying power to the horn with a jumper wire from the battery. If the horn still does not work the horn is bad.
If the horn works you'll need to take the plastic covers off of the steering column and remove the airbag. You'll want to check continuity between the light green/black wire on the back side of the clock spring and the horn switch. If there is no continuity you need a clock spring. If there is continuity than the horn switch is bad.
