You have two pumps,I guess you know that ,if you already did one. Did you check fuel pressure at the rail and check out the electronic pressure regulator? What codes are coming up and do they stay set?

Your description points to a bad crankshaft sensor. You should also have a check engine light on. This probably happened when cold snow hit a very warm sensor, and possibly cracked it. GOOD LUCK FRIEND.

You never leave a car running, as it will

2001 LINCOLN LS WILL CRANK BUT WONT START EVERYTHING IS WORKING FUEL PUMP IS NOT GETTING POWER TO IT FUEL PUMP WORKS FINE ALL FUSES GOOD ALARM LIGHT ON DASH FLASHES WHEN TRYING TO START

If the alarm light is blinking, then the issue could be with the vehicle immobilizer or key. The key may need rematching to the vehicle's ECU, which will need reprograming by the manufacturer service centre.

the fuel level gauge just went out na dthats why the light is on. to replace it you have to replace the entire sending unit. cost is $500.00 plus to have replaced. if you can live with it and keep check on your milage, I would wait for the pump to go out.

Check engine light comes on, gauges light comes on

What sensors did you replace? It sounds like a problem that could be caused by something in the evaporative emission system, like a faulty purge solenoid or evap cannister problem. Does the tank take fuel slowly when filling up? You could also have a faulty gas cap. That is the first thing I would look at. It is an integral part of the evap system. Hope this helps and best wishes.
