1999 chevy cavalier oils like milk in coffee, antifreeze leaked bad last winter, summer only drove 4-6 miles a week checked every time I went to store, used 1/3-1/2 gallon antifreeze, now getting cold out...

you're getting water in to your oil that's why its milky. could be a bad head gasket ,cracked head, or a cracked block, usually one of the last 2. better get it to a mechanic, if its the block it would probably be cheaper to replace the engine, it takes less time and most places charge 75-100 dollars an hour

I changed engines from a 1996 chevy cavalier to a 1997 cavalier,i don't get any gas or fire won't start

These cars were made with an anti theft security system. If you swapped motors, you may have interupted that system causing the the security to turn off the ijector fuel. Just a thought.

1996 cavalier bad oil leak when running

Overfilled is not good but it would have to be very high to cause leak,There are numerous places in rear of engine that could be leaking.could be leaking from rear of intake, the oilpump drive o ring, but most likly leaking from rear main seal that seals at the rear of the crankshaft and the transmission will need to come out to access this seal. you will need to have the oil leak diagnosed to locate the exact spot.

Engine

Did you overheat the engine? Is the engine oil milky? Most likely you have a blown head gasket. Especially if you answered yes to any of the two questions above.
