25810307-fxpq3y20ry0r1dabvswcgqqy-1-0.jpgI've had the same problem, this hose (click the box) is a lot of times disconnected for what ever reason. Hooking it back into the nipple solved this same exact problem you're having. Well the click box thing didn't work. Look at the black vacuum "T" just to the right of the brake booster, the hose that goes over to the fender unhooked is the hose I'm talking about. Nipple is sticking outwards underneath where that hose is under the rusted metal flap.

Brake lights gone, hazards and blinkers work. fuses are good

Replace the turn signal switch. The 2 lower brake lights run through this swith but the upper one does not. Let me know if you have any questions. Its not a hard oub if you are fairly mechanical. I expensive to have a dealer do. The part new is about $65.00.

Battery is fully charged, lights and radio comes on with ignition switch, but no response from starter motor... no clicking sound, no turn over, nothing

I once had a GMC that did the same thing...check your fuses. You manual ,found in the glove box, will list what fuses are where. Check fuel fuses first then check the rest for broken or burnt fuses. There are generally two fuse boxes, one under the hood (usually behind the battery), and one under the dash (usually on the drivers side by the pedals or passanger side floor board wall on the right).

1994 Jeep Cherokee Sport Fuse Needed?

Sometimes there are relays under the hood. There is usually a diagram posted underneath the door when you tak it off. The turn signal is usually just a fuse, which may be in your glove box(has a diagram under the door), under the driver or passenger side dash. Do you still have the manual for the vehicle?

1989 Jeep Cherokee - Electrical Problem - horn, brake lights, blinkers, radio/cd...

I think I have found the problem. When I wiggle the ignition switch the turn signals and radio go on and off so I feel the issue is in the ignition switch. From what I understand the actual electronics for the switch are at the base of the sterring column behind the lower dash panel and is connected by a rod that may need adjusting.
