im not exactly sure on older fords but i know that 95 and newer fords had brake switchs that worked with the shifting so that if your brake light fuse/lights were blown it would not allow you to shift into any other gear

Hello techies! ive never used this service before.

you could try running a fly cable from the battery terminals directly to the fuel pump, that way you know the problem is somewhere in the middle and by moving the flylead forwards, isolating the problem.use small crocadile clips is easiest connectors.saves all the hassle of trial and error(relays, switches etc...)there should be a relay for the fuel system but i cannot remember where, sorry.

Where is the fuel pump shutoff switch?

I assume you mean the impact shut off switch. Generally Ford pick ups have them on behind the kick panel on the passenger side inside the cab.

Does my ford motorhome have a gas shutoff switch 1991 ford sprinter v-8 7.5 liter

Most pickup based motorhomes have 2 fuel tanks, you may have a tank selector valve that is electric or vacuum operated. Check underneath and follow the fuel lines from the tank to the front of the engine, somewhere in between you may find that the fuel hose goes to a valve that is used to switch between the 2 tanks ie: main fuel tank and auxillary fuel tank.

Also, need check the PCM for someone short; sometimes this is the reason it wasn't sending a signal to the coil. You have constant power at the coil but the ground signal doesn't fluctuate from on to off while the engine is cranking. If the hall effects switch in the distributor is bad it won't tell the PCM when to fire the coil and the hall effect switch also operates the tachometer. So if this switch is bad the tach and the coil would not work.

Good luck.

Open the trunk and look in the left side panel there is a small opening where you can press down and reset the switch.

Can find fuel switch for my 1991 ford f250

Can't find what? The switch valve? It has fuel pumps in each tank. You likely have a bad fuel pump in the rear tank.
