My 02 BMW is still registering hot. Took it to BMW

My 02 BMW with 64,xxx miles is still registering hot. Took it to non BMW cert mech and he changed the aux fan, fan shroud, motor, fan clutch, thermostat housing and bled the system drove car appox 200 miles and it registed hot again and all the coolant leaked out of the car. I had it towed to Mortiz BMW they kept it for over a week said tha the non BMW thermostat was sticking they replaced it and the coolant level sensor. I drove the car approx 30 miles in traffic and it drove like a dream the heater started to blow cool air as I arrived at my home the heater kicked back in and the gage went all the way to red. I shut the car down raised the hood, not hot, no smoke gage backed off red within 1 min. Coolant level still full this am. I would remove the water pump and inspect it.These cars have a problem with the impeller on the inside coming loose.

Other than that I would also do some teste to make sure you do not have a head gasket issue.
