Could it be the braking pads, or do you think I should put in a new Anti roll bar to prevent it from happening?

Also what do you mean by braking bend?

Any suggestions for the honda civic 04?

    Thanks

Check the protective backing plate for the brakes to see if its bent. Look at the opposite side to get a good idea what it looks like to bend back into shape if so. If bent they will create a noise or whistle effect

I have a consistent clicking noise from the front driver side on my 2009 honda civic ideas?

Is it when your wheels are turned left on take off? sounds like drive shaft. check cv boot for split. if you know a mechanic they will know if it is the drive shaft as soon as they drive it. If it is a crook drive shaft theoreticly it can not come apart but very annoying & embarassing.

Loud whistling noise when travelling at higher speeds (ie above 50mph)

I had a problem with a whistling car after 50 mph and it turned out to be the front window gasket. I put silicone on the trim and problem solved.

if this is happening all the time i would jack up the car and manuelay turn the wheels and listen for anything unusual if it is happening when you press the brakes i would pull the wheels and examine them for a stuck caliper or slider, before removeing the wheels try shaking them side to side and up and down to check for exxcessive play that may indicate a wheel bearing or other loose front end parts, fyi a bad wheel bearing when going around 40-50 mph and veering slowly left then right will usally make noise going one direction worse than going the other -jeff
