Have someone give your battery a jump. If that does not do it, possible bad starter. Check your battery connections for corrosion.

My 1985 Buick Century won't start it act like it wants to turn over but it's not

Try this. Open the air intake hose. thats the 4 inch thick hose on the top to your motor going from the air filter box. shoot starting fluid into it while someone cranks it. if it starts look at the fuses but most likely be clogged fuel filter, clogged air filter, bad fuel pump. these are the most common issues when it trys to start but won`t.

Wont turn over

If it cranks it turns over.
If it won't start, you'll have to figure out if it is fuel or ignition related to continue.
Check the injectors for fuel spray (TBI) and the plugs for spark.
Did you check the computer for trouble codes ?

05 dodge magnum randomly won,t start it will take a few trys

When this happens check the fuel pressure, sounds like the electric fuel pump may be sticking, it fits the symptom you have, intermittent no start.
