The rpm operates off the ignition module. It maybe a loose or corroded wire. If the engine is running fine the wiring must be at fault only

90 ford f-350 headlights and overdrive doesn't turn off and rpm guage stopped working, this everything happened same time, what it can be,i think may be its pcm,is anybody know about this problem?

Hello,

Yes--the main computer is a possible culprit. You can really tell if the symptoms change from one time you start the vehicle to the next. e.g.-black smoke out the tail pipe.
I had a computer problem once--I unplugged the water temp sensor and drove it--after a quarter mile it died and would not start. Weird things were happening like when driving at a steady speed there would be hesitations as if I were playing with the accelerator.

I hope this helps.
