Any gm techs out there that would know the torque

Any gm techs out there that know the torque sequence and the torque spec on a 2001 blazer intake? Do I have to put silicone around the coolant ports with the type of gasket they have? Thanks

Start at the middle and work your way criss crossing outward using 35 foot pounds of torque. All intakes use the same technique. Never start at the ends, alsays the middle section working your way out

Gmcuokan6.0engin head torque set

If you're asking about head torque specs for a GM Yukon 6.0L engine, it depends on the year and the bolt used. If it's 97-03, it should have unequal length bolts and the stock GM bolts should be torqued in sequence to 22ft lb then another pass 90 degrees and a third pass 90 on the long, 50 on the short. The 8mm bolts near the intake are torqued to 22ft lb.
make sure all bolt holes are clean and have no liquid in them or else you risk severe problems including cracking the block. The sequence can be found using google. Type "LS1 head torque sequence"

Toquer on the intake

start in the center working in an expanding square pattern crossing over the manifold on the first 2 bolts. tighten in 3 steps. these are low torque fasteners, don't over tighten & use locktite.
If reusing the fasteners, apply threadlock GM P/N 12345382 or equivalent to the threads of the lower intake manifold bolts.
Install the lower intake manifold bolts.

Notice: Proper lower intake manifold fastener tightening sequence and torque is critical. Always follow the tightening sequence, and torque the intake manifold bolts using the 3 step method. Failing to do so may distort the crankshaft bearing bore alignment and cause damage to the crankshaft bearings.

Tighten the lower intake manifold bolts.

from front of engine tighten 2 bolt back left side, then 3rd bolt back right side, then 3 bolt back left side, then 2nd bolt back right side, then back bolt left side, back bolt right side, then front bolt left side, then front bolt right side

Tighten the bolts on the first pass in sequence (1-8) to 3 N·m (27 lb in).
Tighten the bolts on the second pass in sequence (1-8) to 12 N·m (106 lb in).
Tighten the bolts on the final pass in sequence (1-8) to 15 N·m (11 lb ft).

Im looking for torque specs and bolt sequence for the upper intake on a 2002 diamante, 3.5

The intake is not a high torque part, it is usually just put down with normal ratchet tightness and alternating sequence of the bolts. You tighten stuff more than torque specs anyway by hand, you don't even know it. the only thing I have ever used my torque wrench on is the heads, and sometimes I don't even use it there. I always go back to check later anyway. Hope this helps.
