Question about 2000 Dodge Caravan
Loosen the center bolt of the a/c idle pulley, then on top of pulley you will see the adjusting bolt, turn to loosen to remove belt, after new belt , tighten to where you have 1/2 play on elt then tighten center nut of pulley
