Question about 2002 Chevrolet Tahoe
Well you may have a fuse problem, try to open the fusebox and look for the dashboard panel. check the fuse and if the fuse is fried try to replace it with a new one. hope this helps

Common problem with Chevy trucks including Tahoe of these years is the stepper motors go bad, reallly common problem, there was a recall for this but to late now. Look it up on youtube and see video's of replacing steppers. I just had to do 6 of them in my 03 truck. Not to hard to do if you know how to solder..That is for the guages now as far as the lights well sounds like some resistors overheated and might of desoldered themselves from the dash. you will know this when you open up the cluster and see them laying in there....there is a video on you tube for that as well.

Fuel gauge problem could be related to bad floater in your gas tank. it happened to me.
