I'am assuming your vehicle doesn't start an you think there is a fuel delivery problem , why ? Did you hook up a fuel pressure gauge an none was showing on the gauge ? How do i get my 2000 dodge intrepid to restart after running out of gas

Probably have to replace the fuel pump in the tank. Older pumps don't like running out of gas. You can hit the bottom of the tank in the middle with a piece of wood or a rubber mallet. This jars the pump. If it comes back on, you will still need to replace it.

No voltage to electric fuel pump relay?

voltage comes from fuse box, should have a fuel pump fuse, check for blown fuse, if not try jumping a fused wire from 12 volts to relay and see if fuel pump runs, hope this helps ?

Ive got a 2000 dodge intrepid just replaced the fuel pump left the tank out just in case turned the switch on and no fuel turned the motor over and very little fuel comes out what could it be

check that the pump is recieving full voltage and measure the amperage that the pump is drawing with a automotive multimeter just in case it has a high resistance somewhere so the fuel pump isnt pushing full power or even a bad ground connection

When i first tune the key on the fuel pump dose not engage. I checked the battery and charging system and both are good, but if i jump the car or hook up my battery charger on start mode the fuel pump...

Alot of times a bad fuelpump will run with the extra voltage not often but sometimes, i would check the power voltage and ground at the fuelpump, this is the only way to know for sure, if you get 12 volts and have a good ground at the fuelpump then i would say the pump is bad, check all wires going to the battery, make sure there are no loose wires or connections at battery terminals and try changing the fuelpump relay with another one and see if that helps, a bad relay can also cause this, good luck.

My 2000 dodge intrepid will stop running an then wont crank back up until after about 2 to 3 hours. I have canged the oil put new transmisson fluid in it changed the fuses.

Oil and fuses have little to do with your problem (unless a particular fuse keeps blowing) though changing oil is never a bad thing to do.
Likely you have an ignition component that is getting hot and internally expanding and causing an internal short when it's hot.
Unfortunately without the benefit of any testing, I can only suggest that you test the crank position sensor, coil and cam sensor. Also be sure that the fuel pump is running after it shuts down...Pump is in the tank and with the key turned on it should hum for a moment.. If not, check the pump voltage and the pump relay. Instructions for testing are contained in relatively inexpensive manuals such as haynes or chilton. You will also need a multi-meter (digital). Both items are always good to have and will help you many times over the years.

Fuel not working

should have 12 volts at pump during engine cranking. with key in "on" position, the fuel pump only gets voltage for 2 seconds if engine is not running. Read voltage during cranking. Check fuel pump relay in battery jucntion box under hood.
