Sounds like your heater core is leaking this is a small radiator that is under your dash that has to be changed in order to get heat..

Wet floorboard 2004 toyota highlander passenger side

Often the floor of the passenger side become wet if the drain pipe of the evaporator is:
- Bent or twisted.
- Clogged or,
- There is any obstruction in its routing.
The drain pipe is a rubber hose about 14 mm in diameter, located just under the evaporator (cooling coil) casing on the passenger side.
The most easiest way to clean the pipe is to take it out, wash it from inside with water or to blow a compressed air slowly through its distal end while leaving it in place under the body.
Note: Keep your eyes away while blowing the air.
Hope that it works.

My heat does not work it blows cool air i have checked heater core ,changed thermastate. it blows a little heat on floor but none thru vents. then i hear somting like a flap opening and closing by the...

You may need to flush your cooling system, here's how you can tell.

With the heat off, start your engine and let it run for 6 to 8 minutes, ( this allows the engine to get to the normal operating temperature )

Turn your heat wide open and wait 2 or 3 minutes. Now turn the engine off, reach behind the engine on the firewall, you should see two small hoses, ( about 1 inch or so in diameter ), carefully feel both hoses, both should be hot if the coolant is passing through the heater core. If only one of them are hot then the coolant is not passing through the heater core and you have some kind of blockage. If this is the case then flushing the cooling system usually works.

I hope this helps you.

Heater don't get hot ,one hose gets hot ,but not the other

more thank likely if your heat isnt getting hot then your heater core is going out. i have a 98 durango and just had to have the heater core replaced because it was blowing cool air.

do you notice the smell of antifreeze? is the passenger side floor board wet?

Not enough heat comeing out . not looseing antifreeze, not leaking on floor boards , not blowing on windshield , blows warm air on low but when on high blows cold air , have new thermostat and water pump

Check that the hoses running from the cooling system to the dashboard / firewall are not bent / creased in a position to impair the flow of hot water into the heater core in the dashboard. Disconnect these hoses at both ends, and inspect for mineral deposits, or rust, that might be blocking water passage too.

2008 h onda civic water in back floor board posilbe air conditioning drain

Does your floor only get wet after rainfall? If so check all the door/window seals; especially in the back. If that is not the case then have someone blow out your a/c drain with compressed air the next time you are wet to see if a quantity of water comes out.

Have your thermostat in your heater core checked sounds like it is stuck, your next clue will be very wet carpeting that smells like coolant.

Item Part Number Description 1 — Air inlet door 2 — Temperature blend door 3 — Headliner airflow 4 — Auxiliary mode door 5 — Floor airflow 6 18476 Heater core 7 19860 Evaporator core 8 19805 Blower motor
The auxiliary A/C and heating system has the following features:
  • The auxiliary A/C and heating system is functional whenever the instrument panel mounted A/C control is in any position except OFF.
  • The auxiliary blower motor recirculates the air inside the vehicle. Outside air is not available to the auxiliary system.
  • Air is cooled and dehumidified by the auxiliary A/C evaporator core only if the instrument panel mounted A/C control is adjusted to a position that requires A/C compressor operation.
  • The temperature blend door and the auxiliary mode door are controlled by electric actuator motors.
  • Movement of the auxiliary temperature control between COOL and WARM causes a corresponding movement of the temperature blend door to mix air flowing through and around the auxiliary heater core.
  • Movement of the auxiliary mode control between PANEL and FLOOR causes a corresponding movement of the auxiliary mode door to direct air flow between the panel (headliner) registers and the floor duct.
---------------------------------------
I would say the auxiliary mode door (#4) electric motor is not wokring.
