The alarm is reset by locking and unlocking the driver or passenger door with the key, if that doesn't do it u have a hard fault in the alarm and will need the dealer to scan the system for faults.

Take the positive lead off the battery. Touch the battery with the lead on and off for about five to seven times. This should reset the alarm. Reconnect the positive lead and using the remote control for the vehicle alarm arm and disarm the alarm once before operating as normal.

You will need to have the car towed to a Jaguar dealer to fix it.

Will not start

Hi yes there is a fuel reset in the footwell below the steering wheel ,
my guess though is the car is immobilised by the security system registering a battery tamper . Use the key to enter the car put the key in position 2 ,

I have a chevy tahoe 1999 4 door. The problems started with my alarm system killing my battery. Now my car wont start and the alarm seems to still be on. Do i need a new starter? Or is there something else...

The starter is most likely fine, the problem is most likely with the alarm system. I don't know enough about the alarm system to help you though.
