The blower motor relay is stuck on,It is most likely a module on this model,it is right next to the blower motor.

SOURCE: 90 buick park ave heater blower motor runs on high

The switch , relay, or motor are shorted out .
First locate relay and remove it to turn the blower off.
If you want to do the diagnosis yourself ...remove the switch first and see if the motor stops. if it does you've found the culprit. If not move onto relay if the relay removal kills the motor thats good news. if it doesn't then this thing gets B+ right from the battery at HIGH SPEED. Your gonna need Shop Manual
to show you where this thing connects to the battery.
So either the switch, relay, motor , or resistors ( in your case where battery connects to the motor are your problems.
Unlessyour really good with electrical items pull the relay and bring it to a repair shop.

What does it mean when your heater /ac keeps running after the car is shut off

The most likely problem is the blower motor resistor/module is stuck on high speed. The high speed relay is fed power all the time. If it sticks the blower will run even with the key turned off. The typical fix is to replace the module. It can be found under the passenger side of the dash near the blower motor.

Blower does not run all the time

The blower motor is located under the hood on the passenger side. With the key in the run position and the blower motor switch set on high tap the blower motor with the plastic end of a screwdriver. If it starts to work replace it. If it doesn't start to work check to make sure it has power and a good ground.

My 2001 Voyager blower fan only runs on high.

This is 100% the Blower (Fan) Motor Resistor located near the Blower Motor.
This is a very common problem with Chyrsler, Dodge, Plymouth. The key symptom is the Fan only working on High.
This is very easy to access and replace.

Let me know if this helped....

What's causing my 2005 E-250 blower motor not to work.

does the motor not work at all or only on high setting? if only on high setting, i would recommend replacing the blower motor resistor. if it does not work at all, i would check the blower motor fuse first, if that has power, i would unplug the blower motor, key in run, and turn the fan on, then check for power at the blower motor connector, then check for ground, if both present, then replace the blower motor.

Blower motor runs on high even with key off

It's the blower motor resistor. Same thing happened with mine. Search ebay before buying a new one, they're over $100. I searched the Delco part number on the old one and found one from a 1990 something Cadillac that was the same and got it for $30. Just had to switch the heat sink with the blown one.Same solution if the motor only runs on high.
