sounds like a blower motor resistor or bad relay. Blower motor resistor is so you don't burn up the blower motor.

Heater does not blow air

zero air flow.
#1 is bad fuse fan.
if it fails on high , the fuse is blown,
replace it or test it with a an ohm meter .
DMM meter. select, ohms Rx2 (low range)
zero ohms is good, infinity is bad.
a 100% accurate test. every time.

Air conditioner blows the fuse

SOUNDS LIKE YOU HAVE A SHORT IN THE WIRING BETWEEN THE FUSE AND THE AC PANEL, USE A CONTINUITY TESTER TO CHECK FOR CONTINUITY , IF THAT FAILS OR IS OK THEN CHECK ALL RELATED RELAYS IT MAY JUST BE THAT YOUR AC NEEDS RE GASSING?

Heater fan will only blow on high . have replaced switch and checked all wires . worked fine had core replace thats when this started

Hi:
You need to find and check one more component. The most likely cause is your heater motor resistor assembly. It is usually mounted in the heater box assembly, under the right side of your dash. and has an electrical connection on it. If it fails, or isn't connected properly, all you will get is high !
Hope this helps!

My 02 Stratus heater only works on high. Any idea

Your blower resistor is bad. It controls the mutiple speeds to allow you to go from low/med/high. When it goes bad you get one speed or no speeds....It's about $20-$50 at any local auto parts store. It mounted directly to the speed switch or on the heater plenum unit on the passenger side behind the glove box....

Fan not blowing hot or cold air into car

Sounds to me like your heater resistor may be bad do you have any speeds on the fan because typicly you will still have high when this fails if so you may want to check fuse for heater and relay hope this helps
