1) The bottom brake lights do not activate, when I press the brakes. 2) The tire pressure indicator lights doesn't turn off, even though the tires are properly inflated.

the tpms system may have to be reprogrammed if the tires where switched or rotated it will do that. also are both of the lower tailights not illuminating at all what about when you turn the headlights on/also if the upper light which is actually the same bulb just a stage 2 of the bulb comes on and the lower part of both of them dont come on then you most likely have a faulty brake pedal switch

My brakelight in middle on 2002 Cadillac Seville northstar is out how do I change this myself?

Do you mean the trunk mounted LED brake light strip?

This is removable, you have to open your trunk and on the inner side of trunk lid (behind light strips) you will find all the fixings that hold the body coloured trim panel in place, this needs to be removed to remove LED light strip.

1998 cadillac eldorado rear brake lights and hazzard lights do not work

More likely that the turn signal switch assembly is bad.Have someone watch the tailights(or use a large mirror) to see if the bright tailight filaments come on with the brake pedal held down while you wiggle the hazard light switch.

02 ford focus brake lites not working center strip on trunk lid is working new bulbs did not fix it

Check the brake light fuse first and then the brake light switch. Fuse in the fuse box and the switch works off the brake pedal under dash.

When headlight are on and hit the beake pedal only the 3rd brake light comes on the rest are stuck . When i release brake pedal it seems like i am driving with my brake light on . but my headlight off...

It may sound silly, but check your brake light bulbs to see if they have been installed incorrectly. Brake light bulbs have two filaments, one for tail light, and a brighter one for brake lights. On some cars if the bulb is installed wrong, the brighter filament will stay on for tail lights. The only other thing I can think of is the wrong bulbs have been installed.

Rear tailight , top, goes off when I press the

This sounds very much like a grounding problem on your lamp cluster, some times a cluster of lamps use a common ground ( negative wire). Also some cars use the car body as the ground connection. I think the reason the tail light works when the brake light is off is because the tail light is grounded through the brake light bulb. Check the bulb holder and the ground connection.

Rear running lights and brake lights wont work on my 1981 ford f100 new bulbs and light switch what do i do next

I'd start probing with a test light, or continuity test. Try in & out of your brake switch at pedal, if power there, follow harness outside & down under, and work your way back, or start at plug under, at rear bumper area,or above, near axle probably, & work forward. If you use continuity tester, run a jumper wire from wire going from switch at brake pedal (wire that doesn't have power until pedal pressed.) long enough to reach the back tail lights & see if continuity is there,at back of socket, or in socket, then work forward from there. My guess is that when you find the bad spot in that wire, you'll find the other too.

Center brake light does not work

Follow the wiring into the trunk area. sometimes it becomes disconnected when you load things into your trunk. You should only be getting voltage when the brakes pedal is pressed. Otherwise, it could just be a bulb replacement fix.
