try disconnecting cable to transmission turn the shifter on transmission manually down there connect cable again start car try it if not try it again turn once then connect cable again then try it if not the transmission is not good
indicates a fuel pump problem as that is the only thing in that area that is ignition controlled or possibly the EVAP system solenoid/ valve if it is in that area
the frequency will be constant as the pump rpm is constant
the noise could be a venting noise from the EVAP in in that area
the distance of 15 km indicates that the problem is heat related as it take that long for something to over heat and cause the noise
you may get an indicator by running the fault code
No this wont cause an overheat problem. Check the coolant level , check to see if the fans come on after it heats up. when the car is warming up you can check the thermostat, by touching the top radiator hose, after a few minutes the hose should get hot, this indicates that the thermostat opened up and is working. If it doesn't replace the thermostat. If it doesn't over heat until you start driving , then suspect the water pump. The impellers can slip on the shaft and not have enough flow to keep it cool.
ned to remove the radio and look at the blend door actuator on top of the hvac box. the actuator goes bad and doesn't move the door from hot to cold. if you see the actuator moving but still no cold air then the blend door could be broken.
1. the fuse for the fuel guage. 2. the float switch in the fuel tank is defective or sunk to the bottom of the tank and cant move. 3. cable has come off at some point.
Hello: You need to remove the passenger side glove box. Behind it you will see the HVAC programmer. On the top you will see a silver linkage that goes from the programmer to a linkage on top of the HVAC case. That linkage attaches to the air mix (temperture) door. withe car running and climate control on move the temp setting from 60 to 90, the linkage should move. If it doesn',t Reach in and with your fingers move the linkage, if it moves (toward the driver side) then that means you have a bad HVACprogrammer. You used t be able to get a new actuator motor and repair the programmer but I don,t know if its available anymore or not. The actuator was a high failure item. Note: HVAC stands for "HEATER VENT AIR CONDITIONING" If you secure the linkage towards the driver side you should get heat but no automatic control or no way to reduce the amount of heat but you would have heat till you find the part.
Check the water pressure in your engine system. You could have a cracked radiator core, or tank, or a leaking water pump, or hose, or a weak radiator cap that will not allow the pressure to build up in your engine and move the heat around as is required.
I doubt the heating problem is related to the battery indicator unless the fan belt is slipping QUIETLY, but that will not last long, as you will burn through the belt soon.
If you got a good battery and a good alternator then check your fan belt. Remember, check the pressure of the water in the engine block to deal with the heat problem.
