Question about 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee
The two dome (reading lights) are located in the overhead console. To remove your console, you will need to remove the single phillips screw located near the windshield side. Remove this screw with a non-magnetic screwdriver because if you don't, it will mess up your compass. The console is also held in place by two spring clips. Grab the console from both sides and wedge your fingers underneath it, then carefully and firmly pull it straight down.
