2002 Chevrolet Cavalier Remotes not working. door locks works in side but not with remote. batterys ok and they are transmiting. just stop work one day.

If you know for sure that the transmitters are transmitting (tested on a key fob tester), and the remotes are the correct ones for your vehicle (haven't been recently replaced with a different part number), then you may need to simply re-synchronize your transmitters to the vehicle. This is different than reprogramming the transmitters, but uses the same method on the remotes.
To resynchronize, Stand within 5 feet of the car, with the remotes. Press and hold the LOCK and UNLOCK buttons on the REMOTE for about 7-10 seconds. If the transmitter was out of sync with the car, the horn will chirp to confirm it is now synchronized. If this method does not work, then the transmitters will have to be programmed to the vehicle, which requires a scan tool to do. Good luck :)

My remote wont work for my alarm and i need to know how to reprogram my remot

take it to a dealer, have them test the remote to make sure it is transmitting. if not replace the battery, they are cheap at walmart. if the remote is transmitting the dealer can program the car's receiver to recognize the transmitter. costs about 15 bucks unless you have it done in conjunction with some other service then it can be free.

The remote entry is transmitting a signal but it will not work.

There are ways to test it but how do you know that it is transmitting a signal? Batteries are new in the remote also right?

I want to program garage door opener in my 2006

Hold the button on your Homelink unit for 20 seconds. The light will begin to blink fast.

Place the remote door opener within one inch of the homelink console and press and hold the button on the remote until the light on the homelink unit begins flashing slower, long blinks.

The code is programmed.

If the programming fails, try restarting the process, but pushing the remote button and holding, then repushing and holding, as some remotes do not transmit long enough to program.

Here is the factory directions for reference, it is a very large picture so I linked it:

Programming keyless remote for Neon 2004

There is a way to program a remote if there is already a valid remote. Unfortunatly if you don't have a valid remote the only way to get one programmed is at the dealership with their scan tool.

I have pasted directions for programming a remote if there is already a valid transmiter.

CUSTOMER PROGRAMMING For a customer to be able to program RKE transmitters themselves, at least one RKE transmitter must be programmed already. This procedure is to add additional transmitters. If all transmitters are lost, the DRB III® scan tool must be used to program the new transmitters.
  1. Insert the key into the ignition switch, and turn the ignition switch to the RUN position without starting the vehicle (allow chimes to stop).
  2. Using the RKE transmitter programmed to the RKE module, press and continuously hold down the UNLOCK button for 4-10 seconds.
  3. Within the 4-10 second time range, continue to hold the UNLOCK button and press the PANIC button. Both buttons may then be released. Upon the PANIC button being depressed, the message for customer programming mode will be transmitted to the RKE module.
  4. A chime will be heard to verify that the customer programming mode has been entered (allow 3 seconds to hear chimes).
  5. Press and release any button on each transmitter that is to be programmed to the RKE module, including any transmitters which were previously programmed to the RKE module (with a maximum of four possible). After each transmitter is successfully programmed, a chime will be heard to verify that successful programming of the transmitter has occurred.
  6. After thirty seconds, or upon the ignition switch being turned OFF, the RKE module will exit programming mode.
