Question about Jeep Grand Cherokee
With no information and no way to diagnose this and since a shop did look at the car then I would have to assume its been diagnosed and the computer is at fault. If the trans still works then solenoids or computer is the only other choices.
Best bet is to follow their advise or go get a second diagnoses some where else to confirm it.
