There is a spring loaded belt tensioner. They are famous for getting stuck. Remove belt with special tool. Replace belt and tensioner. Not an easy job as not much room to work.

My Lincoln LS does that sometimes

Unrelated, but a recall on mine ,was to change the
Power Steering Fluid, which along with the trans fluid,
should be done every 3 years anyway

I think the squeak is in the column,I haven't figured it out yet,
but years ago the dealer put an additive in the P/S & fixed
the recall squeak

Toyota 2005 Corolla Squeaking belts and belts have already been replaced 2 yrs ago

Probably the belts just need to be tightened, and this should eliminate the squealing. However, you should check them thoroughly for signs of wear or cracking.

Well it probably would be the right decision to just have the belt changed.

Belt squeaking on nissan murano /2005...how do you tighten??

they may not be your problem, find out why you had to replace the belts in the first place. If it was time and they did not squeak and now they do, I would take it back and allow the shop to make it right, nobody is perfect, give them another try then make a judgement call.they might know what to do and you will be very happy.

2002 Lincoln LS rotors keep warping

Warpage can be caused by many reasons, such as getting real hot ( normal ), and you driving though a nice cold puddle. INSTANT warp. Also tightening wheel lug nuts too tight can warp rotors. Should be tighten with a torque wrench to factory spec.
