Sounds to me like your fuel pump relay is still bad happens all the time with even the newest of parts and/ or you might want to take the wires off of the pump and clean them really good road grime seems to find its way into even the tightest places especially if you replaced it once you broke the factory seal....

My 94 gmc g2500 vandura put new fuel pump in but it wont work when cranking check fuse replaced pump relay nd oil senor I have hot wired the pump nd it works its just not working with key

Have you checked for power to the pump from the fuel pump relay. After the key has been off for 10 seconds, turn it on and there should be a short 2 or 3 second pulse of power from the relay and you should also hear a click there. If there is no power pulse,is there power to the relay?Remember the relay only primes the fuel system and the oil pressure switch keeps power to the pump when it sees oil pressure. Is there power at all times to the oil pressure switch? On these vans the wire from front to the pump can go bad, quite a few have had a new wire run for the pump over the years.A great van.

I put a new fuel pump on a 94 Mazda and now it won't work in the car but runs fine when I take it off and try it. Is there a relay or something like fuel cutoff? If so where is it

There are fuses for the fuel pump and should be located under the hood. You should not run the pump out of the fuel tank the fuel keeps the pump cool and it only takes about 15 seconds to destroy a new pump when running it out of the tank.Chances are you might have ruined the pump by running it out of the tank.

No gas or spark

Try your inertia switch in the cargo area in back. Its located on the passenger side rear wheel well. Push the button.
