This is an adjustment best done by a professional. It appears the anchor / adjusting screw or bolt has come loose.
You must remove the panel-cover and if lose tighten if broken repair or replace.

try taking down the VIN # and call the local dealer to check on recalls or service bulletins

2007 dodge grand caravan sliding door opens by itself when unlocked and unattended. The door unlocks and opens itself. Will not do it when locked.

The sliding doors are controlled by the BCM - body control module . The BCM is seeing an input from a bad switch of some kind thinking the door open request has happened . You best bet ,take it to a qualified repair shop that has the diagnostic testing tools .

Watch these three videos ,check out the diagnostic tool this guy uses.

In my Hyundai I10 there is fault with central locking, when open it unlocks and immediately locks back, it does not stay opened

the length of time that a car says unlocked is dependent on the make
most are around 30 seconds before it relocks itself
to stop it relocking just open a door and then close it and it stays unlocke d

Peugeot 508 RXH: I cannot lock the car with the remote. The doors lock, but unlock again. The car detects open doors correctly. I can lock the doors with the dashboard button.

If you have 2 remotes does it do the same thing with both of them?
I/We have a Honda FRV and if you set the alarm from outside the car ....which locks the doors ...and the doors are opened from the inside, (yes I have set the alarm whilst still in the car,) this unlocks the doors as the drivers door has the master central locking switch on it. If I close the door withing a few seconds the alarm reactivates itself and the doors relock automatically
Presumably when your doors unlock the alarm is disarmed? Maybe your issue is linked to the receiver in the security system?

There is a difference, presumably, between you locking the doors from the dash as opposed to doing it from the remote control, the security system is not armed in the former, only the doors are locked +

GOOD LUCK

2004 Jaguar S type remote control will not unlock doors. I have to manually open, thus setting off the alarm (which is very annoying). The remote will lock the doors, and then unlock if locking operation...

had a similar problem with a hyundai coupe , this turned out to to be the door lock mechanism in the drivers door, so could be the place to start, as i would have thought that generally the power locking technology is the same universally

if all the doors lock and unlock except the one sliding door then the right rear sliding door locking motor has gone out.but if both the back sliding doors did not unlock it would be a door unlock relay.

2004 Chevy Tahoe Automatic locking problems

Doesn't lock or unlock ? These relay's are controlled by the BCM - body control module .
I have factory service repair information , 32 steps ! Too much info to post here .

Power Door Locks Inoperative (Rear Door(s))

Do both rear passenger doors lock and unlock?
YES - Go to Testing for Intermittent Conditions and Poor Connections in Wiring Systems
NO - Go to Step 3

With a test lamp connected to a good ground, probe the door lock actuator lock circuit at the door lock actuator harness connector.
Activate a door lock switch to lock position.
Does the test lamp illuminate?
YES - Go to Step 7
NO - Go to Step 25

Some of these steps can be bypassed because you say they worked after replacing the relay .LOCK RELAY ? right .

Does the test lamp illuminate?
YES - Go to Step 20
NO - Go to Step 22
10

Probe the battery positive voltage circuit (high current) cavity in the fuse block.
Does the test lamp illuminate?
YES - Go to Step 11
NO - Go to Step 22

If your not familiar with GM diagnostic flow chart's , they can be confusing .
Let me know if you need more diagnostic steps .

My door handle wont open my door on the drivers side. I have to roll down my window to open the door from the outside latch. Is it repairable, or do I have to replace any parts?

I have shaved door handles on a 2000 chevy silverado and the drivers side door just recently stopped opening it seems like its completely locked out and the door is closed so i cannot get to the bolts of the latch assembly when i hit the unlock button it unlocks half way and when you go to open the door it relocks itself even if you manually try to unlock the door and hold the lock forward it still wont open
