Ford running rough

Hello I have a 99 crown victoria with a 4.6 litre v8.
I barely runs, It was fine until a day ago. I have to hold my foot to the floor just to get it to sort of idle. The left side of the motor sqeels or kinda chirps when I give it gas, alomost like its missing?
I can also smell lots of fuel.

Any ideas?

Verify the fuel line of the engine for fuel leaks, engine idling !!!
Repair the fuel line broken pipes or connections, and inspect again the fuel system for leaks, engine idling.

Hello Jayson.
Your Crown Victoria is flooded with fuel.
Putting your foot to the floor when cranking shuts off the fuel injectors.
This is known as "clear flood mode"
There a few possibilities for the issue here.
First thing to check is the fuel pressure regulator.
Follow the fuel lines to the fuel rail and you will see a round devise mounted on the rail with a vacuum hose on it. Pull the vacuum hose off and check for fuel there. No fuel should be present at that point and the regulator will need replacing.
Also I would recommend caution running the car much further as it is possible a large amount of fuel has contaminated your engine oil and crankcase. Motor oil thinned by fuel can damage your engine and risk of a crankcase explosion can blow out gaskets and seals.
Pull your oil dipstick and see if the level is higher than it should be, thinner than it should be and if the oil has an odor to it like gasoline.
If the regulator is OK then you will need to find out what else is overfueling the engine.
This will possibly be any number of issues.
Bad sensors, shorted harness, bad computer (not likely but possible).
These will be difficult to verify without the use of a proper scan tool capable of reading the sensor outputs, not just the possible codes.
Get back to me if you need more information.

One more thing I should have been more specific.
The regulator is at the back left on top of the engine on the fuel rail the injectors are attached to.

    The sentence in the original post should read;
"No fuel should be present at that point and the regulator will need replacing if fuel is present.

first cylinder 4 is the last on the passenger side . first pull the coil out and check if there is water where the plug is. if there is take the water out and dry up the coil. if you find water you got a crack manifold or a bad intake manifold gasket. if there is no water replace the coil. good luck

Wont stay running after starting

That sounds like your Idle Air Control valve has gone out.

You can get one at any parts store, and swap it out in a few minutes.

If that doesn't fix the problem, look at your Mass Air Flow meter, that could be out too.
