How do you change a serpentine belt on a 2003 kia sedona

One of the pulleys in a serpentine system is a tensioner pulley. It's a small pulley usually on a spring loaded arm. You need to find a wrench or socket that fits the bolt on the pulley and apply enough force so that you can slide the belt off with the other hand. This can often take some effort. The new belt should be snaked around properly excluding an easy to access pulley at the top. Apply force on the tensioner pulley and slide the belt over the last pulley. Lastly, do a visual inspection to make sure the belt is sitting correctly on all pulleys. Good luck and have fun!!

There is a tensioner pulley for each belt, you loosen the nut on the front of the pulley, then there is a tensioner bolt that you loosen, that will move the pulley away from belt to remove the belt. You'll need to get to them from the passenger side under the car. You'll need to remove the plastic covers to get them.

There is a tensioner pulley that has a nut in the middle of it, loosen that nut and there is a tensioner bolt that when you loosen it, it slides the pulley away from the belt to replace it.
