Question about 1993 Saturn SL2
I used to own a 1994 Saturn SL 2. I remember an electrical power module that took the place of the distributor which burned out on me. It is easily available at Auto Zone and easily replaced on a side mounted four cylinder engine. This component burns out due to engine heat and road heat. If this does not fix your problem the next item I would look at is the throttle position sensor. If it turns out to be the electronic distributor, then replace the wires and sparks while you are in there. I remember a new car feel after I made this change. Good luck and you can do this on your own.
