Question about 1998 Buick Regal
Try replacing the distributor cap and rotor if it has one. It is an inexpensive repair. The cap could be cracked, or moisture in it, or just plain worn out. Had the same problem with my Caddy, got stuck, replaced distributor cap, AND ROTOR, and she started and runs fine now. Total reair cost under $20
