I would like to know why is there a small 1/8 hole just below the thermostat housing this where I have fluid running from

Chrysler 2.7l engine are designed that way because the water pump is internal and powered by the timing chain. The hole is to let you know if the pump has failed. I had the same engine different car same problem and my pump was bad

I have a 2007 sebring and i have a coolant leak from a small 1/4hole just above the thermostat housing

Water pumps have a built in "weep" hole. This is a spot that is built into the water pump that signals the car owner when the water pump's internal seals have failed. When the water pump is leaking from this hole it is time for replacement.
Good Luck!

Dodge nitro 3.7 .its leaking antifreez near the water pomp i replace the gasket but still leaking it the termoste house its good .when i turn on the car it dosent leak till about 2 min.

The water pumps have a small hole in or near the bottom. When the engine is cold, it will seal the hole but when it warms up, it will expand the seal and leak. You should be able to see coolant coming out from under the vehicle or using a mirror. If there is coolant coming out, replace the pump. Changing the gasket is not going to help if the internal seal in the pump is bad. Hope this helps.

My car is leaking water from the bottom of water pump what could it be

There is a small hole (called a weep hole) on the underside of the water pump. Coolant will leak out of this hole when the water pump goes bad. Verify the leak and replace the water pump

Overheating, small water leak don't know where it is leaking could be water pump

Water pump has a small 'weep' hole that is probably leaking-an internal seal is now leaking though this weep hole and the only fix it to replace the water pump.

How do i get water out of my frame that leaked in from the sunroof ?

You could drill a hole in the body to release the water. It's not uncommon to have holes in the body for drainage.

Leaking coolant and outlook is overheating

Does it look like it is coming from behind the pulleys? If so it probably is the water pump. It has a weep hole on it for when the bearings go out. Try tightning all hoseclamps on the hoses. If it overheats real quick then its prob water pump or thermostat

Squeeling noise by the waterpump and serpentine belt leaks and always adding water

I would say the water pump is bad , Take the belt off spin the water pump with your hand , should feel smooth . Look at the top of pump for a small hole , this is the vent hole , most water pump leaks are here . You may need a flashlight and mirror to see behind the pulley . hope this helps

No, what you're seeing is the weep hole leaking on the water pump. This is the warning sign that the water pump is worn out. Don't use any stop leak or anything to attempt to stop it. You'll be waisting your time. You'll have to replace water pump at this point.
